Process Control
We can provide a comprehensive level of Engineering support to an automation project, from its initial conception to full implementation. This includes sub-contract selection, running and supervision of all on-site activities , through to final commissioning & hand-over to the client.
This work is usually undertaken on the basis of initial discussions with the client, to produce a written description and control philosophy, which, on approval will form the basis of the detailed design.
Having produced a written description & defined the detailed design elements of the project, the client can then be provided with a preliminary comprehensive cost breakdown of the proposed project.
We liase closely with our clients at all times in order to ensure that the client’s actual needs are fully considered as the project develops. The project is closely monitored by a nominated HTS Project Engineer, who is responsible for the implementation of the project, management & cost control.
We can also provide front end support to clients requiring the technical assistance of experienced professional Engineers. Our Engineers can assist in those areas where the client require additional engineering expertise.
By making effective use of our, well qualified & experienced engineers who already have a proven track record in the process industry, we are able to maintain a high quality of service to our clients, resulting in many situations HTS having a commercially competitive advantage over some of the larger organisations currently serving the industry.
This input in any of the specialist Engineering disciplines is in order to help the client to ascertain the most objective level of approach, taking into consideration the various technical and commercial elements of the clients project.
